- Mature six acre estate type lake with 14 top-quality swims make this an excellent place to fish.
- An ‘unlimited hours’ carp fishing policy.
- A good head of approximately 60 carp to 44lb including some fish purchased from Mark Simmonds. These were introduced in 1998 at between 7lb and 9lb now being caught at 40lb plus.
- Many good fish in the upper 25lb bracket, and possibly twelve, 30’s.
- Set in the Bedfordshire countryside, with the River Ouse and a nature reserve nearby.
- Located on the Wyboston Lakes complex near St. Neots (postcode region MK44 3AL) close to the A1 and A428 junctions.
- The lake has three islands, gravel bars, lily pads, excellent bank side cover and is 6-8 feet deep.
- There is a deep secluded bay, one good swim commanding the area.
- The ‘shallow end’ boasts three swims, and lily pads – a good ‘stalking’ area.
- Caravan on-site with full cooker, tea and coffee.
- Toilets are Elsan on-site and use of the nearby golf club toilets/showers.
- Secure cark park; members are issued with a key (10 pound returnable deposit).
- Member’s vehicle registrations are logged at the Security Gate House. All cars entering and leaving the complex are monitored by CCTV, 24 hours a day.

- Local shops include Tescos and the Co-op. In Eaton Socon are the Indian and Chinese take-away’s plus a fish and chip shop and the BP filling station with an ATM machine.
Rules
- Fish are to be handled with great care and respect. Unhooking mats with retaining flap, landing nets with 42-inch arms and a fish antiseptic must be used.
- Sacking of fish is permitted as long as the fish is retained in deep water and is not kept for any period of time longer than absolutely necessary i.e. to prepare camera equipment.
- All fish must be returned to the water A.S.A.P!!!
- Members must register in the book found in the caravan on arrival. All catches must be recorded in the book when you leave. Photos of all carp caught are required by the Fishery Management for Stock Records.
- Rod licences and membership cards must be carried whilst on the fishery and must be shown to the bailiffs if requested. Three rods may be used unless otherwise notified (a notice will be posted in the members caravan).
- Tiger nuts and peanuts are not to be used. Other particle baits may be used if prepared correctly, corn, maize, and hemp etc. Bailiffs have the right to check these baits, if not prepared correctly they will be removed from the fishery.
- No guests allowed. No Dogs or other pets on the fishery. Do not leave litter (take it home). Do not create new swims, No open fires, No bright lights, No shotguns, or air weapons.
- Rods are not to be left unattended. If lines are reeled in, swims may be left for one hour only.
- The boats are for emergency use only. Life jackets must be worn (supplied in the containers next to the boats). Any member breaking this rule will lose all rights to membership.
- The Bailiffs Car Park is for fishery officers and bailiffs only. Members must leave their cars in the car park next to the Members Caravan.
- No membership refunds are payable.
- The highest standards of behavior are expected from all members at all times.
